What i am saying is if the Ketch could be taken as a trophy. And any fallen that are aboard to help you as vendors or whatnot... would be there on commission from house judgment/rain etc.

If a Ketch is the reward for killing the Fallen leaders, then wouldn't it go to the Vanguard? If that were the case, give everyone a skiff and a pike. Pike only VoG would be a site to see.
