If you see Red bar.....
Do you report them for lagging? What if they use dial up and can't afford good internet?

We have over 1k replies. Wow so many dial up users and mega speed users with red bar regardless.

I only report if they are on a 1 bar and beasting everyone in the lobby, I understand there's real lag sometimes, but if I'm lagging, I don't go 30-5. That stuff needs a report. I can't get internet where I live, so I have to tether my phone. I still play on a 4-5 bar, on a US/AUS host that can drop to 2-3 bar depending on their location. My point is, if I don't lag whilst playing off my mobile phone connection, there's no excuse to lag as much as I've seen people lagging.
