I get a red bar only in crucible. Never lag switched once. I don't know why. If I play strikes, raids or PoE I don't lag but everytime I load up crucible I shoot to a red bar and everything lags. My friend said he saw me running in place after I spawned in yesterday. I don't know why, luckily I wasn't bad and I'm glad Bungie could see that something really is -blam!-ed up with my network
