Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

I understand why its being needed, it is an exotic tier perk on a legendary weapon, but Bungie should have known the potential of this weapon when they designed it. Did they play test it all? Lol They should have known what this player base was going to do with this kind of perk on a high impact sniper.
