Yes......it makes much more sense than some of the other nerfs....just because you like using it dosent mean it's ability to stun lock & generate infinite ammo isn't op. The one that's totally uncalled for is the time added to icebreakers ammo regin. Bungie says it's so players don't camp strike bosses.....which is idiotic & does nothing to fix that problem If someone is hiding, and sniping with ib, it probably means they will die if they rush out, so what now they are just going jump out & kill themselves?.....no, they still wait, only longer.....adding frustration to the game while fixing nothing.
