Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

The icebreaker nerf, I mean they increase the time on shots refilling, because they say people camping at the back of the map abuse the icebreaker for the refilling ammo, all this nerf is gonna do, is make them sit in the back even longer
