Are you kidding?! Have you not been following the stupid amounts of recalls from car manufacturers?! Theres your perfect example of how burden lies with manufacturer and not user.

you do understand the process of recalls, yes? they're not issued just because an incident occurred. only when an incident was the result of faulty design, not because someone abused the design which worked as intended. so your point does nothing against mine in regards to the driver of a speeding vehicle being at fault. your type loves the anonymity of the internet
