Red-haired men and women stride past you, socializing and interacting. Children play in the snow brushed to the sides of the street. Vendors stand behind the counters of their meat market stands, smiling and talking to their customers. It is happy here.

[i]He moves to a back alley, and scales a building, easily climbing to the top despite his armor.[/i]

You are now on top of a house, snow piled against gutters along the roof. Passersby stare at you in confusion, but keep walking.

[i]He looks for the tallest vantage point in the area.[/i]

The tallest building you see is Cecil's Clock tower, which looms over the Clockmetal Plaza, where Psions get publicly executed.

[i]He begins sprinting and parkouring between buildings, arriving at the tower, and climbing to the top. From there, he looks out over the city, looking for points of interest.[/i]

Below, crowds of Rosskayans cheer as the heads of Psions are separated from their bodies. You may now fast-travel to any Business.

[i]He looks down, unfazed by the gore. From above, he remains still and quiet. From the tower, he jumps down, lands, and returns to walking down the street. He seems to be looking for a job.[/i]
