Edited by LegendarySyn: 8/2/2015 6:40:30 AMThe "fast lane" isn't actually an option everywhere, yet. People who live in remote areas have 3 options generally: 1. Dial up 2. Satellite (latency makes it as slow as dial up) 3. DSL (incredibly inconsistent speeds) Most of the world is not yet wired for true high speed broadband.
