You are now on top of a house, snow piled against gutters along the roof. Passersby stare at you in confusion, but keep walking.

The tallest building you see is Cecil's Clock tower, which looms over the Clockmetal Plaza, where Psions get publicly executed.

[i]He begins sprinting and parkouring between buildings, arriving at the tower, and climbing to the top. From there, he looks out over the city, looking for points of interest.[/i]

Below, crowds of Rosskayans cheer as the heads of Psions are separated from their bodies. You may now fast-travel to any Business.
