Guardians have cool downs, Chief has faster reflexes than a guardian, Chief's armor is impenetrable by normal bullets, Chief has cortana. (In short a guardian is no match for Chief)

Ok so then we 2 shot him with thorn and run away or we wait for his shield to go away and throw a void ball at him. Armor can't defend against a void

That's not really a void. A void is an empty space. That is a relatively large amount of energy harnessed in one area. Master chief has survived that, including nukes and the composer. Also you forgot about MC's battle rifle, and sniper rifles being one shot kills if it's a headshot. And unlike in Destiny, you can aim without scoping while using a sniper rifle, and can easily get a headshot snapshot if it's a skilled person using said Halo sniper rifle, and MC is a really skilled spartan, not as good as Linda at sniping, but still better than any human or guardian.

Ok but we have golden age tech that would put nukes to shame. And that one shotted aliens and old armor not golden age, if all else fails just two shot him with thorn

You mean the golden age tech that does by work, and does not really exist because you just made up golden age weaponry that is not canon, and if it were canon it could not be used because it is not available to guardians. In addition MC has a lot of weapons that are a ton stronger than thorn.

If you nova bomb with void burn perk it would kill anyone that stays in its radius, even through a shield.

I don't care for this post so I won't reply after this but Master Chief has something known as armour lock which he could use for the duration of the Nova bomb
