Cheating and bad connection. Anyone who does that aforementioned stuff gets both I shoot someone in the head five times and nothing happens, I go right into options and report them right after it happened.

[/quote] 90% of red bars are probably due to bad connection not cheating, you should probably reallise when you report them bungie know they are not cheating its just a bad connection. They won't get banned, but your abusing the report system which isn't good.
