I have been to third world countries and it isn't as luxurious as other richer countries so what im saying is the money could be used for nicer and more useful things than video games but ultimately it's this mans decision and he knows his situation best so im glad he is making the right decisions for himself

People in Mexico should spend their money on things other than video games because you don't understand the term third world?
