Do you report them for lagging? What if they use dial up and can't afford good internet?

We have over 1k replies. Wow so many dial up users and mega speed users with red bar regardless.

Dial up is a lie people from the 90s made up to scare children. Think about it, howling screeching noises (like robot monsters), interrupting land lines (another myth), taking an hour or more to get onto one website or download a song, and what's this aol? It stands for adults only lie! It's all just to scare kids who complain about slow download speeds. Like duh! There's wifi everywhere, like it didn't exist or something. Ha!
