22 RepliesYou dont overcome aspergers. Its who you are and how your brain functions for the rest of your life. There is no known cure for it and no amount of counselling will alter it. You can hide it but never overcome it. I know because i've got it.

1 ReplyI don't suffer from anything like that but I guess I'm super insensitive to certain subjects & people. So I can't imagine having buttburgers and tryin to overcome it. Anyways it must be super irritating to hear people make fun of people with this...disease?

13 RepliesI really don't like She's My Nerd any more than you do because of his attitude, but to be fair it's A LOT harder than you might think to get a 2.0 K/D in this game. I have a 1.68 and I'm ranked in the top 5% of the world. Guys with really high K/Ds usually play on clans and use the best weapons of the day, and it's still extremely rare for them to get much higher than 2 or 3. There are just too many ways to die in this game. One-hits, supers, trade-off kills, etc... Only a few thousand people have K/Ds over 3 in Destiny....out of millions of players.

1 ReplyPlayers like she's my nerd are an example of what's wrong with the community. Streamers saying to their followers 'yeah follow me and I will play trials with you!' Then that suck and they shout at their team mates for it. If you are on playstation you have good pvp streamers to look up too like triplewreck and real kraftyy. On Xbox you should check out 'the three bs'. He's ranked number one in the world for kills, wins and score in trials of Osiris. So he's incredibly good. He also has a relatively small community right now but he's really up and coming. I mean he got my scrub ass to the lighthouse in less than 30 minutes. He doesn't ask for donations and doesn't require you to sub either.

1 ReplyI have Aspergers as well. I suck at Destiny but then I treat the game as a bit of fun and can't get too serious about it. Shesmynerd is someone I have only watched once or twice when there was a fuss about him a while back. What I noticed was the huge amount of support he got from his team mates giving him instructions which made his job much easier. And yes I noticed the poor excuses if he died. People place far too much emphasis on KD as a reflection of skill. If you play as part of a team who communicate well then you can gang up on opponents and get easier kills. If, like me, you run on your own and aren't quite as good to begin with then you tend to have a harder time. But it's only a game.
