I also live in an apartment during the school year where I always have green bars and great connection and still put up the same numbers and I'm on top. It doesn't make a difference usually. When I have bad connection all it does is hurt me. It either kicks me, or takes literally forever for me to kill someone, or I'll kill someone and it won't show up till a few seconds later, usually after I unload several more shots. Trust me, my connection isn't giving me an advantage.
