Grimoire bugs
Does anyone know if bungie ever plans on addressing bugged grimoire numbers? Just off the top of my head
Why don't strikes completed in the playlist count toward completed strikes?
Why don't major kills (hydra, ogre, etc) count towards enemy kills?
Why do I have 17 vog completions and 37 Crota completions (according to grimoire cards), but only 38 raid completions (according to grimoire)?
Can anyone clear this up for me?

Bungie has never said whether it's a glitch or intended about strikes, but like you've found, only strikes launched from planetary menu count towards grimoire. Nightfalls and weekly heroics and strike playlists do not count. Again Bungie has never said if this is intended or a glitch but you're correct again majors or ultras do not count towards grimoire, only red Heath bar enemies do. As for raid completions, there was a bug before patch 1.1.1.1 that wouldn't count Crotas raid completions towards grimoire. This was patched in 1.1.1.1 and all raids since then count. It will not however, retroactively count previous completions of Crotas End. If you have any more questions or issues feel free to ask (grimoire is kinda my thing).
