It is not my job to guess why they are lagging.
Red = Reported
And we usually run IB in groups, so they get it from all of us. Now, the counter to that is that I'll only really check their connection if they are lagging so bad that it is obvious.

Be sure to report yourself as well whenever there are matches that EVERYBODY has a red bar. I've seen plenty of those.

They are usually caused by the host having a bad connection.
