In an alley, you find a man with a greasy, scraggly beard hunched over against a wall. He is silent and still.

His body slumps over to the side, the shadow coming off his face. His eyes are red with dried blood, which stains the rest of his face, from his ears, nose, and mouth too. His mouth is slack-jawed. His skin is pale. He is dead, most likely killed from an overdose.

You only find 2 KAP-8 pills in his clothing.
