I never report red bars, basically they can be in Europe, and I'n on West Coast US, can't get better internet connections, etc.
Only time I report is if they call ME a hacker, or I find proof they lag switch.

Hell, I'm 14 and I can handle it. Some adults jump on the kick instantly.
