Do you report them for lagging? What if they use dial up and can't afford good internet?

We have over 1k replies. Wow so many dial up users and mega speed users with red bar regardless.

2 RepliesI will almost always report for bad connection IF it is just that one fag who runs with a shotty the entire game. Also if he is the only one lagging so I know it's not like the "servers". If he really pissed me of I will throw in cheating with bad connection
