Paper is way too Over Powered
I know, I know Rock normally walks around killing up scissors all day. I've read all complaints from Scissors about how Rock is OP and needs to be nerfed.
But what about when Paper does his special? It kills Rock every time. Not fare if you ask me.
Don't you guys think Papers special needs a nerf too?
