It's actually against PSN/Xbox & bungies policy to do that. They're more concerned about lag switchers in their broken crucible.

Yeah people are streaming destiny and begging for money and bungie doesn't do a think about it.

It's a loophole, donations aren't considered a form of payment for a service. It's illegal to sell items on the Venice boardwalk,they say we 'take donations' for our items. It's weird.
