Really? I don't think I have dial up as an option in the UK. The biggest telecoms company stopped provding it years ago. I actually think my provider would laugh if I asked.
Edit: After a little research it seems that you can get dialup in the uk from unheard of providers, all offering free dialup service lol. A tiny % of the population use it
