I met my girlfriend at Burger King six years ago and been together ever since.

Met my girl in high school, we were friends for 2 years and I practically fell in love with her but thought she never thought of me that way, graduated high school and finally grew the balls to tell her how I felt. We've been together for 6 months now.

1 ReplyIt's a really long story. I was out and about, doing school work at the local coffee shop. Man economics is such a drag. Anyways, I go to the coffee shop regularly, and then this new girl works there now, she has bright blue hair and eyes to match, pale skin and pretty thin. When she works the register, I order my coffee, and when I get the cup, I see it has a phone number and a winky face and a heart. I wrote the # down and then went back to work. Coffee tastes great. Blended frappucino, yknow? Any ways, after I'm done, I wait around until her shift is done, and right before she leaves, just to make sure it's her #, I tell her the number with some digits wrong, and she corrects me to what it was. Later that night, bout 10, I call her. She tells me to meet her tomorrow, and I do. Same coffee, except now it has an address and a time at it, she tells me to meet her there. Then, that night at the time she said to meet her, I go and do. I knock on the door, and she answers and has me go inside, and she takes me to her room, and there's other guys, and I'm like wtf? So I go out to the road and flag a taxi, and I tell the driver "yo homes, to bel-air"

I met my girlfriend on Instagram. I commented #pretty on one of her pictures and we started talking and then we started dating. I fly her out to see me at least once a month. (She's in Minnesota I'm in California). Distance sucks but it's worth it! And we have a very different "how we met" compared to other people haha

Met my wife over 10 years ago in internet on some gaming chat channel first thing we talked about was that she was telling how EVERY man is an asshole and 2months later we met first time and after 6m moved together, and yeah she dosent think every man is an asshole anymore

3 RepliesI met my girlfriend of 4 years at a show at a local bar. She was talking to a mutual friend, so I wormed my way into their conversation so I'd have a reason to talk to her. I ended up asking her out later, which she declined... At first... Over the next few months, now that we knew each other, we kept running into each other at parties with mutual friends. Because I'm a grownup and don't take rejection personally, we'd still talk and joke around with each other and generally be friendly. I wasn't trying to win her over or "wear her down," or anything stupid like that, because, again, I am a grownup. She ends up coming over to my place one night tagging along with some friends. I didn't know she was coming, so the house is a mess, I'm a mess, I'm dressed like a slob and playing Black Ops. She walks in, sees me in my loserish glory, and I think to myself, "well, at least now she knows for sure she made the right call in turning down my offer of a date." But that's not what happens. Because I had a cat that I adopted as a stray. My gf is an animal lover. She works at a vet clinic and rescues animals that others won't take. She sees me with my cat and, coupled with my winning personality, thinks maybe she made a mistake after all. Maybe she's crushing on me just a little bit. It takes her a couple months to finally muster up the courage, but eventually, she asks [b]me[/b] out. We bought a house together last year, and I'm hoping to put a ring on it.
