Guardians may have cool weapons, but the Master Chief has been training for war since he has young. He's a battle-hardened grizzled veteran that defeated the covenant and the forerunners.
Guardians are warriors. Spartans are war machines. Enough said.

can he self resurrect when gets charged up? Can Master Chief throw massive void balls at enemies and demolish them because of it huge blast radius? Can Master Chief summon a bullet proof bubble or kill tons of enemies by smashing his fists on the ground? Can Master Chief become a Space Cowboy and shoot people with enchanted golden bullets or turn into a Ninja Jedi and sliced people in half?

All of them, except for self-resurrect. He can Respawn, which is sort of resurrecting. But why should he need that if he's not going to die?

Thruster pack/ jet pack Ground pound/ spartan charge Grenades/ rocket launchers Energy sword/ assassinations CE Pistol/ Sniper Rifle/ etc. (I listed all 1 shot weapons earlier) Bubble shield/armor lock/ overshield/+ his normal shields and armor Yah, I think he can do all that.

In the events of Halo 4, the Librarian forced MC to evolve in his physical form to withstand the effects of the Didact's "Composer". So, "Is he still human?", that remains to seen.

Has your ghost ever died!? We are not talking about other guardians, we're talking about yours. Just like we're not talking about other Spartans (who are dead btw), we're talking about master chief
