I tend to red bar a fair amount of the time since my net is inconsistent as -blam!-, but as far as i can tell, its not a problem. When capping zones i dont see much of a delay (usually when I'm seriously lagging, it'll take a sec for the capping/neutralizing bar to pop up) My bullets make contact when theyre supposed to, and i still die like a scrub when i unwittingly charge right into enemy ranks. As far as i can see, there's rarely n issue, and when there is i generally drop out n run strikes for awhile As for reporting people, nah, its whatever
