So I have most the poe weps and they all have these fallen perks. I've been doing some testing with them and i think none of the fallen perks even work aside from my wolves leash ii that has captain stun. All the ones that are supposed to do more dmg to fallen seem to not do any increased dmg. For example my aegis of the kell ii has vandal burn and in poe 34 or 35 idr i think it did 207 x 3 for a precision burst on vandals major or otherwise. It did the exact same to servitors dregs etc. What's the deal there? And my six dreg pride has disciplinarian which does more dmg to all fallen. Six dreg pride has the same impact as fatebringer so i compared the damage it was doing to enemies on the 5th round of 35 poe... They both did the exact same amount of dmg. In short has anyone else noticed these perks not working? Am i doing something wrong are they glitched? I haven't seen anyone post about this so I'm wondering what the deal is. I'd like an answer from someone at bungie tho to either tell me I'm crazy or these weps are glitched and it's a known issue.
