They get revived without a scratch...?

There revived by there ghost doesn't make them immortal

Yes it does, they can die but they always come back. They aren't invincible.

If a ghost is destroyed, then guardians ant come back. Chief could simply shoot the ghost as it revives you. Problem solved.

However, if I shoot a ghost in crucible, it doesn't die, bullets pass right through it
