They aren't nerfing field scout. The only thing that's going to change its usefulness on weapons that gain a lot. Jolders hammer nigh have 40 shots instead of 50 in a mag. If it affects longbow at all, which I doubt it will, it's still going to have 5 shots for a base magazine.
