"Golden gun would kill Chief." Consider this, you'd die 10 times from the Halo BR before you got your golden gun. It's harder to kill a spartan in Halo PVP than a guardian in Destiny PVP, why? Because Spartans are bigger tanks than a Titan standing in a bubble with armor of light.

Also Gg wouldn't kill Chief in one shot- it doesn't even kill guardians in one shot at longer ranges. I think it'd take two at close range.
