Edited by Impurity41: 8/4/2015 2:20:10 AMA treasure key will open the big gold chest in the prison of elders lvl 28, 32, 34, and 35. Yes 35. It is in the house of wolves dlc. U can hold a max of 5. First ever completion of any lvl prison of elders will gift you a guaranteed random exotic. Any completion further has a chance for random exotics and guaranteed legendary items.
