Probably one of the two biggest idiotic nerfs I've seen. Other one being ice breaker just making me wait 3 more seconds a shot to do the same thing I would if I didn't have to wait those 3 extra seconds. As for the black hammer wtf you spent time fixing the perk and now all it does is save us from reloading so about 2 seconds.. Thanks bungie.Count me in.
