...Perhaps I could help you access them? I have telepathy, a very rare Psionic gift. (Bro I'm in the same boat as you, I'm about to pass out as well)

  • "There is a science behind telepathy, a normal psion can bend light waves to they're will but every psion has the capability to use mind control through certain frequencies of sound. I think I might have the right device for blocking things out. Pulls out earpiece from the abandoned bunker.

  • Braun and Forrest escort the group down the hall. Here's who you'll be talking to about our plans. They enter a small room. Military awards and commemoration plaques line the walls. Sitting at a small desk in the middle of the room is a man with grey hair, cut in the military style, who is poring over several documents as the group enters. It is the Captain that had led the team of DG agents to Kai's apartment. Forrest cleared his throat. Mr. Okura and Mr. Bunkman are here to see you, General Thornton. The man looks up and nods quickly. Thank you, Ethan. Please, gentlemen, sit down. We have quite a bit to talk about.

The general looks up. So here is the situation. Mr. Okura, your brother Malachi is planning on using the near-apocalyptic power of an extinct, ancient psionic being that arrived on this planet billions of years ago to seize control of both Cedycita and Rosskaya, and create an enteral empire built on the death and suffering of all non-Psionics.

  • I nod. "Aside from me, 2 sleeper agents of mine are his highest in command and most trustworthy. They'll turn on him when the time is right. Here's what I got on their leaders." Psionic Terrorist Profile All are Master Psions- the most powerful in existence currently. Malachi/Prometheus: Grandmaster Psion. Most powerful to ever exist. Can still access regardless of rantantium or barbotine. Scramblers only make him mad. (DO NOT APPROACH) Blaise: Second in Command of the Legion. My older sister. Special Ability: Pyrokinesis/Teleportation. (Sleeper Agent) Tessa: Second in Command as well. My older sister. Special Ability: Lightning Electricity.(Sleeper Agent) Brutus: Legion High Command. Specialized in Kinetics. Legionaire Tank. His Telekinetic blast are dangerous. Kinetic walls are impenetrable, especially with Malachi's assistance. Cameron: Legionaire High Command. Former Overwatch Assassin. Specialty: Stealth, camouflage; light waves can be bent to match environment perfectly, heart rate and body temperature are slowed to match surroundings.

  • The general nods. We know about them, and we've known about you as well, for quite a long time. If you would follow me, please. The general heads for the door, toward yet another elevator. Once they enter, he pulls out a keycard and slots it into a small port next to the elevator controls. The elevator's lights switch from white to a deep blue, then return to normal. The elevator begins a slow, silent descent, and chairs fold out of the wall. The general sits down and leans back. Now, you two don't seem to have too many questions about us. Why is that?

  • I take a seat, then process my thoughts for a moment. "You're a non-existent Organization and Military, not to mention...You have links to every organization. You know things outside of this world, our world, and I'll be honest, it wouldn't be the first time I've heard of Felghast's alternate "Earth". But most of all, I admire your bravery for taking on my brother." "Earth, Felghast, this organization is built from occupants of both...but my question is, why did you come here?"

  • The general sighs deeply I suppose I'll level with you. Delta Green originated on Earth, and we arrived on this planet through experiments in space travel. Once we got it down to a science, so to speak, bad things cropped up. A bunch of stuff in a small desert country went bad, and we were diavowed by our government and forced to leave. Our best option, without government support, was to come here, to Felghast, which was the only other stable whose central planet was identical to our own. That was in 2025. We've existed for over 100 years. And all the weapons and equipment we have hasn't really changed. All of it is based on Earth designs from when we left. Does that answer your questions?

  • I give a polite smile and nod. "I've seen the models of your weapons. We'd call that prehistoric tech, heavily outdated, but still effective. It would like your counterpart of what would they call it, a "Tommy gun"? I change the subject to a simple question. "How do you intend to kill him"? I ask seriously.

  • The general cracks a worried smile. He's tapping into the power of a dead Elder Thing. Those were a form of spacefaring creature that were capable of Psionic powers of impressive magnitude, as well as being deeply malevolent to all other species they encountered. That was our job; We at Delta Green wiped them out each time they appeared on Earth, and we know from external sources that their home planet was wiped out hundreds of years ago. The problem is that their corpses contain huge amounts of psychic energy, like a nuclear power plant gives off radiation even after it's been permanently disarmed. Malachi is fueling his abilities, as well as those of his soldiers, with the energy radiating from this corpse. It's probably being held somewhere secure, as the Urubourians worship such creatures, even in death, as immortal, implacable gods. If we destroy it, the loss of these infinite energy reserves will weaken Malachi enough to finally kill him.

  • I show you a telepathic mind memory of Malachi slaughtering the cult. He appears to be in some sort of frenzy. Blood covers the floors....hundreds of bodies lay limp and lifeless. "This General.....is not Malachi. I am Prometheus." Malachi says beheading the last cultist member. I unfold the mind memory. "He's already begun..." I say.

  • The General nods quickly, as the elevator grinds to a stop. The elevator slides open to reveal a massive laboratory, where weapons, armor, and all other forms of technology are built and g tested. In the middle of a small room is a metal table, on which lies a small, radio-like device. The general picks it up and turns it on. The device glows a deep blue. Now then, Mr. Okura. Please toss me across the room.

  • The General smiles. Glad you recognize it. These are our own models. High-power, biometric coding, along with analogue systems to be hack-proof. Plus, Psions that try to cast at one of us when we have this thing on experience blinding pain. We've got enough to get one for every soldier, and several large-scale models that keep this place Psion-incursion free. So, yes, I suppose. We kill his power source, then we pump him with lead, bag the body, and grab a beer.

A shadow passes over the general's face. I see. You think we're not ready, that we haven't done this before. Come with me. He motions Kai to the elevator, and they head upward. The doors open on a massive atrium and garden, with solid black marble walls. In the center is a massive triangle of the same rock, laid on its side. The walls of both are covered in names, over a million of them. A small terminal stands before the triangular monument. Guess what these names mean. I'll continue when you get it right.

"Your men are very brave, I admire their sense of honor. But, this is unlike anything you've ever faced before. I only fear that the names on this wall spread...and I'm sure you are too". "General, don't make me say I told you so."

  • The general's face grows red with anger. You don't think I don't know that!? This is every single day for us, for me, for my men! We have seen everything the sick horrors of the universe could conjure up. Creatures that call themselves gods, that crack flesh and warp bone, that consume and rage until everything bows to them. Thank whatever god you call your own that this Thing Malachi's drawing from is dead, because your sanity would not survive otherwise. This is easy for us, for the simple reason that it's all we've every been able to do; hold the lines a little longer. A week, a day, an hour, a month, a year, or Eternity. Do you understand that? It's not that we don't expect casualties, it's that we have to accept them.
