Buddy, the Spartan suits back then were at their first stages. They were too heavy if my knowledge on Halo lore is correct

The Mk. V suits according to lore still allowed for sprinting, if I remember right. It just wasn't an option readily available in the games. Remember how you could sprint in Reach even though that predated the events of CE.

If you take everything that is Halo vs. everything that's destiny halo wins before getting out of bed. I posted to put things on an even playing field, by limiting the series to their first entry. The whole rest of the original post is full of the "lore" argument.

And several of the books came out before the game did. So using your "Year 1 only" argent, MC far outclasses anything the Guardians can do.

That's why I said keep it to the first game. First game get it not books, but game. The books are full of stuff not backed by actual gameplay. You have the book and it contradicts what you see in game. The books state spartans can run 60 mph you show me where that happens in the first game and I'll shut up

Then if you're trying to be fair, wouldn't you use a game that runs on similar hardware to what Destiny does? Seeing as the only reason he couldn't do many of the things he is capable of is because of hardware limitations, and it would make the game too easy. If you're going to compare in-game only then don't use a game that is 14 years old and expect to be taken seriously.

Let me spell it out for you as I don't think you can keep up. This all started because I found an obnoxious post asking who would win between bungies two SERIES, and more specifically why chief would win. I thought to myself after reading a few posts, wow fanboys are idiots...Let's have fun. People were spouting "facts" about this and that, working themselves up to the point I'm sure more than a few just couldn't resist from satisfying themselves between posts. So my fun was a simple question, who would win if it was even. Seeing that destiny isn't a series but a lone title how could it be expected to go against the ten/eleven (I don't know had to wiki it) halo games. The books and everything else in its expanded universe. You tell me that if I'm going to compare two games I can't be taken seriously by the comparison I chose to make. Why? Is it really any more ridiculous than comparing two series one less than a year old and on wobbly legs the other is frickin halo one of the biggest names in gaming 10 games, 17 books(god I hope that isn't right), the live action and cartoon videos. Look if your going to insinuate that I am not fair that's fine, but now I turn your pointing finger back in your direction and ask why haven't you brought up this "fairness" to this threads creator? I mean it's only fair, right.
