My guardian couldn't beat him. I think the only people who would have a chance are pro-gamers who are level 34 with maxed out weapons and armor with only the best gear. They would need a hunger with the golden gun as their super. They would have to play better than they have ever played before, and would be overwhelmed by how hard it is. They would need to have beaten every mission on the hardest difficulty possible, including the raids and strikes.
