One better, guardians in canon can die as many times as they want as long as their ghosts survive
And the jetpack is nowhere near as good as the jumps in destiny

Guardians use the power of light from the traveler ,but warlocks manage to use their own light so even if you kill a ghost they would still being able of resurrection.
