The General nods quickly, as the elevator grinds to a stop. The elevator slides open to reveal a massive laboratory, where weapons, armor, and all other forms of technology are built and g
tested. In the middle of a small room is a metal table, on which lies a small, radio-like device. The general picks it up and turns it on. The device glows a deep blue.

The General smiles. [b]Glad you recognize it. These are our own models. High-power, biometric coding, along with analogue systems to be hack-proof. Plus, Psions that try to cast at one of us when we have this thing on experience blinding pain. We've got enough to get one for every soldier, and several large-scale models that keep this place Psion-incursion free. So, yes, I suppose. We kill his power source, then we pump him with lead, bag the body, and grab a beer.[/b]

Come with me.[/b] He motions Kai to the elevator, and they head upward. The doors open on a massive atrium and garden, with solid black marble walls. In the center is a massive triangle of the same rock, laid on its side. The walls of both are covered in names, over a million of them. A small terminal stands before the triangular monument. [b]Guess what these names mean. I'll continue when you get it right.[/b]

[b]Look's like your brother's private army passed over here in an air formation large enough to set off our vibration sensors as they passed. Local news says he's using the new "Protection Groups" to take "necessary police action to end the destruction of Psions and avenge the dastardly Rosskayan attack on Cedycita." We need to get moving.[/b] He races for the elevator as soldiers run past in well-ordered columns. [b]Alright, people, we're going to war![/b]

The General halts, then nods weakly in agreement before walking over to one of the atrium's benches and sitting down heavily. He is silent for a long time.

"Lets get down to buisness. I am going to need full access to the lab and Delta Green resources for developing weapons and technologies. I am also going to need access to the City and the satellite array so I can track his troops movements. Malachi is most likely hiding, We need to make our presence known to the enemy. This is war gentlemen, lets get cracking."

The General nods his assent as they rush to the command center. [b]Talk to Burke in R&D and Carmichael in Intelligence. They'll get you what you need. [/b]
