Somebody needs to tell me, I haven't played much Halo. Is MC a robot, a human or cyborg and why is he so powerful?

I don't know why but I would really say MC is really a small brute (you see that in halo 4 at the ending on ledgendry full skulls) and when he part of the helm gets taken off you see a brute like face

Armor lock is an Ability you can use to go invincible for a short time but you remain stationary while u are invincible
