The first time you killed phogoth at level 12 and got a new weapon and was really excited and then you killed nexus at 14 and got a new weapon. And so on. It's not worthless it's not a waste. It's progression. You will have the weapons and armor necessary to immediately try out and succeed at the new content. Peeps ho didn't grind this first year will not be able to.
