I think they -blam!-ed up with all the vanilla weapons and made them TOO good. Most guns have no downsides and have a perfect setting to get the most out of the gun, instead of the player being able to tweak it to suit their own play style.
I'm willing to let my gear go if it means there's some challenge to using the guns.

The challenge of using them will be to kill the bullet sponge bosses Don't think they're gonna make this game actually harder,they're just gonna give you shittier weapons that make it more time consuming

Think they said something about choosing one skill on a weapons perk tree will put another part of a weapons skill at a disadvantage. Like you couldn't have huge stability bar, reload bar and fire rate. Choosing one would effect the other. Or some shit
