Just out of curiosity why do you care what other players use? Does it impact your playstyle or experience? Im generally curious since I have seen several people already post this same train of thought and just wanted to gain some insight on your though process.

I don't care at all what anyone uses, I just think it's stupid that everyone uses the same guns...doesn't it get boring using the same thing over and over? Maybe not for most. but for me it does. As another poster pointed out, will the same thing happen? Most likely yes, there will likely be four or five guns that everyone uses in the end. But at least for the first two maybe three months people won't all have and use the same guns and I think a lot of the early magic of Destiny will come back. That's why I like this idea, personally. Don't get me wrong, I understand your frustration, but I'm just not worried about not getting to use some old guns, especially since I believe we're going to be getting a lot of awesome new guns.

I'm all for them making new weapons. I want to collect more. Don't ruin what I have or it was a waste of time.
