Actually it did matter. Because for a whole year you got to be a max level and continue getting better in order to accomplish new tasks. TTK is basically "Destiny 2" so it makes perfect sense you would have to start over.

It is not Destiny 2. It is an expansion which does not make it a separate game. They do that with Destiny 2 and I wouldn't argue about it.

I did not say it was exactly Destiny 2 but very similar to that.
