As Tallahassee finally closes the crate, a loud siren goes off throughout the factory. "Damn". Cyborgs work enforcers run out from a large door in front of him Tallahassee. He considers trying to negotiate with them... But he remembers what the cyborgs did to the rest of his family. He flicks his wrist and throws a cyborg in front of him, intercepting the incoming bullets.

Tallahassee uses his body shield as a chance to escape and and he vaults out the window. As soon as he lands on the ground he realizes he forgot the crate of stolen weapons. He has no choice but to go back

No, you can't just choose what type of NPC a certain group of them is. Cyber-Police have to be droids.
