Don't even bother, if you haven't seen the news ALL year one legendary gear CANNOT be ascended into The Taken King. I love the Black Hammer, though since Bungie is making all year one content obsolete upon Sept 15th, Destiny is done for a lot of people.

It's not obsolete they even said OLD EXOTICS WILL CARRY OVER DID YOU READ THE ARTICLES?
