Thoughts on losing light levels and going to 20?
I know some of you arent smart enough to have spotted this implication, but basically, light levels are being done away with, and normal leveling will resume, this means, you will lose that 34, and start again at twenty when the new dlc releases.
So whats your reaction to that, and the fact all that hard work for gear to level up islost?
Im suspecting that is your face above considering you just figured it out.

Gameinformer said the transition was extremely smooth. The only information pertaining to levels that needs to be focused on is that they are getting rid of this horrid light level system.

That wasn't my face, I was actually looking more like a happy Pepe, I'm very glad we can wear whatever we want (common armor) and still be max level! New TTK challenge: beat VoG with full white armor sets

I had fun in the first year. There's no reason i won't have fun this year. It's just a game after all? It doesn't matter and everyone asking if all they did was for nothing, well you're right. It was for nothing you didn't do anything special you were just playing a video game. So play it again.

Vog doesnt unlock till u reach level 26 so majority of the game is going to be locked off again is what your saying....... idiot

We do get a buff to level up one of our characters to the level needed to start the campaign. I'm not concerned. A couple days of turning in bounties won't ruin my experience.

I don't mind starting from 20. I found leveling up to 20 really fun. Plus it would be sorta like borderlands

BRING IT ON. I'm personally considering deleting one of my characters to experience the game progression from the beginning in the new leveling system. It'll be good. I'm still waiting to buy it until it comes out, Bungie could still mess this up.

1 ReplyYeah "hard work". Once House of Wolves dropped all you had to do is complete 4 level 32 Prison of Elders and just wait for Variks to sell all the armor pieces. Honestly I'm happy they're doing something different. It would've gotten pretty boring to have another dlc drop, play for about 4 days and be max level.

In an article on IGN the guy who got to play it said his lvl 34 character transitioned seamlessly into the new system...doesn't specify at lvl 20 or lvl 34
