They have not confirmed what level we will continue at. Bungie stated it would be a seamless transition. It is just many people interpreting articles. More than likely, Bungie will put us at the highest level our characters are at now. They won't make us regrind levels. They learned the hard way after "The Dark Below" exotic grind. However, anything is possible.
