Actually people who are already level 30+ are going to start off from level 30 instead of level 20.
And no, I'm not a genius, I just used my brain :)

They never said this. Only speculation. They said, 20-40 will done by experience, and light levels will be removed. It doesnt take much intelligence to see that youll start at twenty and go to 40.

We'll see. But I still think players before Sept 15th will start at 30 and not 20.
