If we all fall back to level 20 for the first two weeks (while trying to get xp back) we cant do any raids at all? Sounds a bit silly...

They have adjusted the levels of content with each expansion. Why wouldn't they do that again? I think we will start at 20 but I also think it doesn't matter because they will have an ideal amount of time to hit max level whether we start from 20 or 34.
