While you,and many others are assuming the part where light levels get removed, i am showing part of the articles that has bungie mentioning light levels as if they will still exist. As in, they will still serve a purpose in some way.

It says it in the freaking article lol. They are abandoning light level in favor of experience point leveling...

Also, starting from 20 is not a thing they mentioned or implied. If you create a post automatically insulting people, someone is always going to be there, in your internet face until you mute them.
